  Henan Qianjin Chemical Co. Ltd. is located in Luoyang economic & technology developing zone, is a national fixed special enterprise which produces civilian explosive apparatus plant in the center of China. The products which have sold in more than 100 consumers are widely used on mining, hydraulics engineering, railway, high way engineering, and fixed-explosion. It carries the main tasks in Yellow River "Xiao Langdi" large hydraulic engineering, which is the national important construct project. Also, the Corp can product flour improving agent, compound emulsifying agent and so on.
 The Corp has more than 400 specialized personnel, and the provincial technical center, which can do research and develop. It has complete and entire systems of quality management and quality assurance, strong technical force, complete metric facilities, advanced checking and measuring apparatus, perfect manage system. The quality of the products perfectly accords with the related technical demands of the national standard and have gained good comments.
